Project Overview

A Teachers Day greeting turned into a viral FOOH moment.

Redberry Farm needed more than a standard festive post for Teachers Day. The goal was to create an emotional, shareable moment that would connect with families, teachers and the local community.

The campaign had to use the real Redberry Farm location and its iconic giant strawberry as the core visual anchor, then transform it through CGI into something unexpected and magical.

Lumenstory created a vertical FOOH video where the strawberry opens like a huge storybook object, revealing a colorful fantasy world inside and ending with a physical 3D thank-you message for teachers.

The Challenge

A real landmark had to open like a believable CGI object without breaking the FOOH illusion.

The main challenge was making the giant strawberry split into two parts in a way that felt physically convincing, heavy and connected to the real location.

The CGI had to match camera movement, perspective, outdoor lighting, weather conditions and the real scale of the architectural object.

The hidden fantasy world inside the strawberry also had to remain readable in a fast 22-second vertical video for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook and other short-form platforms.

Creative Direction

The iconic strawberry became a doorway into a children’s fantasy world.

The creative direction was built around the Redberry Farm symbol itself. Instead of inventing an unrelated CGI object, the team turned the existing giant strawberry into the main story mechanism.

The key wow moment was the giant strawberry splitting open and revealing a hidden world with slides, a colorful library, a spiral staircase and a final 3D “Thank You To All Our Teachers!” message.

Process

A social-first FOOH pipeline built around a real location, a clear reveal and viral readability.

01

Concept

The real Redberry Farm landmark was chosen as the main story object.

02

Storyboard

The strawberry opening, inner world reveal and final message were structured for a 22-second vertical format.

03

Animatic

Animation tempo, scale, camera tracking logic and key-frame composition were tested early.

04

CGI & Compositing

The opening strawberry, interior fantasy world, lighting and 3D message were integrated into the real footage.

05

Final Delivery

The final vertical video was prepared for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook and short-form social channels.

Technical Execution

The technical core was making the strawberry split feel heavy, real and locked to the original location.

The hardest part was making the giant strawberry open in a physically convincing way while preserving the weight, scale and connection to the real architectural object.

Camera tracking was essential because the CGI transformation had to stay attached to the location, perspective and camera motion throughout the shot.

The interior world also had to be designed for fast mobile viewing, with enough color, contrast and spatial depth to be understood instantly in a vertical social feed.

The production used Cinema 4D, Redshift, CGI compositing, animation, camera tracking, lighting integration, Adobe After Effects and a social-first FOOH workflow.

Client Feedback
“Lumenstory helped us create content that truly captured attention and triggered a strong audience reaction. The WOW effect and engagement exceeded expectations.”
Outcome

A Teachers Day FOOH campaign became a viral social-media moment.

The campaign achieved 2.9 million TikTok views and 14.9 thousand likes, confirming strong organic reach and audience engagement.

The video turned a familiar Redberry Farm landmark into a surprising emotional story, strengthening the connection between the location, families and Teachers Day.

The physical 3D message made the final greeting feel like part of the world, not just an added title, which helped preserve the FOOH illusion until the final frame.

The project was approved, launched, continued the collaboration and exceeded the client’s expectations for attention, shareability and emotional response.
