Project Overview

A corporate anniversary transformed into an immersive visual journey through the brand’s history and future.

ATB wanted to turn its 25-year anniversary from a standard corporate celebration into a large-scale show that would communicate the company’s history, scale and future vision.

The event needed a powerful intro, visual support for the award ceremony and a stage system that would keep guests emotionally involved throughout the evening.

Lumenstory created a complete immersive event content package: a 2-minute 30-second intro show, 20 thematic award scenes, realtime generative graphics, LED mapping and full live VJ support.

The Challenge

Four different LED screens had to work as one seamless stage environment.

The stage setup included four LED screens with different shapes and orientations: a central horizontal screen, two vertical side screens and a wide lower LED strip along the stage.

Content had to be adapted to the size, perspective, tilt and position of each screen so the full composition would feel unified instead of fragmented.

Another challenge was synchronizing the intro show, 20 looping award scenes, realtime generative graphics and the VJ system during the live event without losing visual continuity.

Creative Direction

From three founding pines to a futuristic premium ATB store.

The visual concept was built as a journey through the brand’s past and future. The story opened with three symbolic pine trees representing the founders and moved toward a futuristic vision of ATB as a modern national retail leader.

The key wow moment was the reveal of the futuristic black premium ATB store, with a detailed interior, products, rooftop office, pool and palm trees, shown as a full immersive 3D space across four LED screens.

What We Created

A complete stage-content system for an anniversary show, award ceremony and live visual support.

Deliverables

  • Stage LED mapping
  • Realtime generative graphics setup
  • Final content adaptation and live VJ support
Process

A multi-stage event pipeline built around story, award logic and live playback stability.

01

Storyboard

The brand journey, intro logic and award-scene structure were mapped first.

02

Animatic

Timing, screen transitions and multi-screen composition were tested before production.

03

3D Production

Intro scenes, futuristic ATB spaces and thematic 3D worlds for award categories were produced.

04

Mapping & Generative Graphics

Content was adapted to the four-screen stage and enhanced with realtime generative visuals.

05

Live Support

The final visual system was delivered and controlled through live VJ support during the event.

Technical Execution

The technical core was making four LED screens behave like one immersive stage volume.

The hardest technical task was mapping content across four LED screens with different formats, orientations and positions without visible breaks in perspective.

The intro show and award scenes had to move naturally between the central screen, side vertical planes and lower LED strip, creating the feeling of a single spatial composition.

Realtime generative graphics and VJ control added another layer of complexity because the visual system had to remain stable, synchronized and responsive during the live event.

The production used Unreal Engine, Cinema 4D, After Effects, Redshift, custom generative code, ILS-3Dm Video Server, VJ software, realtime mapping system and a 3D animation / stage mapping workflow.

Production Notes

A large content package required staged approvals before final mapping and live playback.

  • Creative Director
  • Art Director
  • 3D Motion Designer
  • 3D Artists
  • CGI / Simulation Artist
  • Compositing Artist
  • Technical Director
  • Project Manager
  • LED / Media Server Team
  • Sound Designer

Risks were controlled through staged approval of the concept, key scenes and 3D previews, plus mapping-format tests before final rendering. This helped reduce late-stage rework across the intro, award scenes and VJ content package.

Client Feedback
“Lumenstory helped transform our anniversary celebration into an immersive visual experience. The team combined brand history, future vision and complex technical execution into one seamless show.”
Outcome

The anniversary show became the central visual element of ATB’s 25-year celebration.

The project was successfully delivered in full: a 2-minute 30-second intro show, 20 thematic award scenes, live VJ support, realtime generative graphics and complex multi-screen mapping.

The four-screen stage format was launched without losing the integrity of the immersive experience, despite the non-standard geometry and live playback requirements.

The intro show created a strong emotional start to the anniversary event, while the award scenes helped maintain audience engagement throughout the ceremony.

ATB’s goal was achieved: the celebration communicated the company’s scale, history and future-facing image through a modern immersive visual language.
